MCSFC’s Competitive Soccer program offers a high-level experience for young athletes, with dedicated training, league play, and tournaments designed to foster skill development and teamwork.
MCS FC offers more than just a competitive soccer experience. We are dedicated to developing well-rounded athletes by providing opportunities that go beyond the field, encouraging growth in every aspect of life. Our club stands out for its commitment to affordability, inclusivity, and comprehensive player development.
Player Development
At MCS FC, we focus on developing technical skills, tactical awareness, and overall athleticism. Our coaches emphasize personalized training to ensure each player reaches their full potential. Players gain a deeper understanding of the game and build the confidence to excel in competitive environments.
Inclusivity and Affordability
MCS FC is committed to making competitive soccer accessible to all families, regardless of financial circumstances. We offer financial aid and strive to keep fees manageable while maintaining a high standard of training, equipment, and opportunities. We believe that every child deserves the chance to play.
Character and Growth
Our club instills values such as teamwork, leadership, and discipline. Players learn the importance of collaboration and resilience, skills that serve them both on and off the field. We encourage personal growth through challenges, helping players build character that will benefit them throughout their lives.
Community & Cultural Experiences
Being part of MCS FC means becoming part of a close-knit community. We not only foster connections within our teams but also expose players to new cultural experiences. Whether through local competitions or international travel, players gain invaluable life experiences and friendships that extend far beyond the soccer pitch.
Fall Competitive Season
Our teams train in the southern Marin area at Martin Luther King Jr. (MLK) Park in Sausalito. Home games are played at MLK and Away games are played against local Norcal clubs in Marin or the North Bay depending on the location of our opponents. Our teams also play in two to four tournaments depending on the team or age group. Travel to tournaments will be no farther than 1.5-2 hours away and team travel locations include North, South and East bay destinations depending on the host club. Teams that participate in the Norcal State Cup competition will have additional travel.
Current Club Teams
MCSFC’s competitive boys’ teams, ranging from 2011 to 2016 birth years, are actively developing skills, building teamwork, and competing with passion.
